Quality Process

During steady state of a transcription project, each transcribed draft passes through 100% audio review by an experienced Quality Specialist and is uploaded to the client if there are no deficiencies. In case the edited draft has any deficiencies, it is reviewed by a Senior Quality Specialist before delivery to client.

Online and Offline (post-delivery) audits are conducted by the audit team which reports directly to the President and CEO. Spot feedback and Performance improvement programs ensure client specifications and quality standards are adhered to at all times.
